Our Community

Perched on a cliff offering panoramic views of Puget Sound, Vashon Island and Mount Rainier, Sea Cliff comprises over 155 estate lots. Our community is located just 3.5 miles northeast of downtown Gig Harbor, steeped in maritime history and voted one of the most picturesque towns in the Pacific Northwest. Gig Harbor is situated on a peninsula that connects with Tacoma and Seattle, WA via the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.

In 1963,  Sea Cliff Country & Riding Club was established as a non-profit corporation.  There are several key provisions, which together with our BYLAWS, define our responsibilities.

Our organization follows the Washington State Code (RCW 64.38) that defines Real Property and Conveyances - Home Owner Associations and their responsibilities. 

Sea Cliff Estates encompasses a beachfront park that is available only to members with a gate card access. Amenities include an enclosed beach shelter with fireplace,  grill and restrooms that may be reserved for private events, a second open-air picnic shelter, children's play structure,  a boat ramp,  pier and floating dock, a sandy beach at low tide, and basketball/pickleball court.
